Nadiyah Spencer is the founder and CEO of Bradshaw Consulting Group, a global fashion consultancy that helps shepherd brands through the product development and production process. Nadiyah started her career in fashion in the prestigious GAP Training Program, where she learned and worked across every major area from concept to consumer, and then went on to work with fashion brands such as Edun, Phelan, Mara Hoffman and Suno, which won the CFDA Swarovski Award for women’s wear in 2013.

On this episode, Nadiyah talks about how she fell in love with the product development side of fashion, what all fashion designers need to know before they launch a brand, and the importance of knowing how and when to pivot in your career.
