Native New Yorker Timna Augustine grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, including her father, who was the first Black man to own used car lot in Tampa, Florida. She was also inspired by her grandmothers — one from Costa Rica and one from Panama — who came to the United States as indentured servants to make a new life for themselves. Today as an author, entrepreneur and a certified personal development coach, Timna not only helps her clients have the courage to create new lives for themselves, she also shares her personal journey to create (and recreate) her own life in her new book, What da Fck: The Naked Truth.
On this episode of the Support is Sexy podcast, Timna shares the ways sharing your story may liberate others, three questions you need to ask to gain clarity and courage, and how to always show up as your most authentic self — even during those WDF moments.

- What Timna says it takes to be a great coach.
