Growing up in Durham, North Carolina, the daughter of entrepreneurs and a mom who was a contractor — Maggie Minor was inspired by witnessing her mom’s tenacity and grit in a field dominated by men. At 8 years old, Maggie was learning about financing and designing houses, and she always knew she’d be an entrepreneur. At first she thought she’d be an architect, but eventually, she found her bliss by becoming an artist.
Today, after traveling the world and working on humanitarian efforts with organizations like the Peace Corps, Maggie is a sculptor, who is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs design their work spaces to support them in every way, and she shares her top tips for designing your creative space on this episode of the Support is Sexy podcast.
