You may know Hollywood veteran and award-winning actress Tina Lifford as the vivacious, breakout, beloved character Aunt Vi on the critically acclaimed television drama, Queen Sugar. Or maybe you know her from one of the more than 100 characters she has played in her long-standing career.

But on this episode of the Support is Sexy podcast, Tina shares wisdom from her book, The Little Book of BIG LIES: A Journey Into Inner Fitness (HarperCollins), and tells us why she is passionate about making us aware of the importance of what she calls our “Inner Fitness.”

Tina’s passion for inner fitness was born out of a debilitating fifth-grade experience with stage fright, when she literally had to be carried off stage. She now helps others masterfully navigate life’s challenges and take their power back from the past. Tina believes the most important journey in life is the journey back to one’s self. During our conversation, you’ll learn the three of the biggest lies we tell ourselves, why you must remember to C.R.E.W. up, what it means to be fully alive and how to be conscious of whether you’re choosing your ego or choosing your vision.
