Jovian Zayne on Living Your Life and Handling Your Business On Purpose

From the time she was a young girl, Jovian Zayne witnessed her parents — especially her mom — setting up shop, creating her own business and claiming her own space. As a result, “young Jovi” was the kind of child that dressed as a businesswoman for Halloween, used to sit at her mom’s desk and pretend to handle business and was a natural negotiator on the school playground.

Today, after leaving her full-time corporate life as a managing director of Teach for America, Jovian now helps her clients navigate the journey of finding their own unique contribution in their businesses and in their lives through her firm, On Purpose Movement. On this episode, Jovian talks about creating your movement, getting clear on your gifts, getting uncomfortable and living not by accident, but decidedly on purpose.
