How Yoga Instructor and Marketing Exec Kremena Yordanova Embraces Both-And Instead of Either-Or

Ever since Kremena Yordanova was a young girl growing up in Siberia, Russia, after her parents moved with her and her older sister from Sofia,Bulgaria, entrepreneurship was a means to the end — a way for her to make friends and to avoid being bullied. The experience of selling chewing gum or whatever she could find as a way to connect with other kids in her community, taught her to learn how to appreciate people’s differences, including her own, and made her stronger.

On this episode of the Support is Sexy, recorded in Sofia, Bulgaria, Kremena shares the importance of celebrating your failures, how being a the woman everyone is afraid of at work doesn’t make you that much more successful, how yoga helped her soften up and why she embraces a both-and mindset rather than an either-or mindset when it comes to creating the life and doing the work you love.

On this episode, we discuss:

  • Find a way to do the things you love.
  • Be led by your intention.
  • Embrace a both-and mindset rather than an either-or.
  • Get support from people who “get” you.
  • How much your yoga approach can say about what’s going on currently in your life.
  • Learn how to go with what feels good for you.
