Created by fashion designer Mallorie Dunn, SmartGlamour is an ethical, customizable clothing line for folks of all shapes and sizes. Launched in February 2014, SmartGlamour was created to address accessibility within the fashion industry (both in size and price, specifically within ethical fashion) while also using our imagery as a tool to help counteract the negative messaging to women, femmes and non-binary folks all throughout fashion- and beauty- related industries.
On this episode of the Support is Sexy podcast, Mallorie shares the trouble with fashion — being the largest pollutant after oil, the dangers of fast fashion, what you need to know about those clothing donations you make and how she plans to shift the industry one customer at a time.
