When Martine Resnick and Eileen Lee decided they wanted to open a co-working space for women, there were intentional about it being much more than that. The co-founders say they view The Lola, a beautiful women-only club and workspace in Atlanta, as a community where women can truly connect personally and professionally and feel a sense of belonging. These women range in age from 23 – 77, and are from all different backgrounds and ways of being.
On this episode of the Support is Sexy podcast, Martine and Eileen share how they maintain a strong business partnership, the importance of building your community, how to stick with your dream even when there may be “crickets” at the start and how to get creative when inevitable challenges arise.
