Michelle Swittenberg

Michelle is the CEO of two fitness businesses, BRWL Studio and the Triple Threat Challenge. She retired at 48 years old from corporate America in 2016 after 25+ years in corporate positions in the areas of product development, strategic planning, and marketing and sales at some of the top companies in the world like Verizon. A few short years into retirement, Michelle’s passion for fitness turned into a calling and in the process, she started with her friends the Triple Threat Challenge with the intention of making exercise inclusive and then met Martesse and BRWL Studio was born. With an MBA from Duke and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton, Michelle manages the business side of BRWL Studio.
