Tiffany Dufu was a good girl. A good girl who always did what was expected of her as a good daughter, a good sister, a good employee and later, a good mom.
Eventually, the ambitious and successful career and family woman, who is the Chief Leadership Officer at Levo League, let go of “good” and did what was best for her and her relationships at home, at work and with herself. She decided to drop the ball, on purpose.
In this episode of the Support is Sexy, Tiffany talks about aligning your career with your purpose, how to let go of your “goods” and your “shoulds,” how to avoid resentment as a woman and her reason for encouraging other women to strategically let some things go with her new book, Drop the Ball.
